Registration 2010 - 2011
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church is again pleased to offer its weekday preschool ministry to children and families for the 2010-2011 school year. King’s Kids Christian School will begin with its Back-to-school Open House on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 and first day of classes on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
Classes will be offered for children from 12 months to 6 years of age in both structured morning classes and afternoon Lunch Bunch activities. Morning classes for all ages will begin at 8:45 a.m. and promptly end at 12:30 p.m. each day. Lunch Bunch will be available from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday afternoons.
REGISTRATION BEGINS: TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2010 AT 9:00 A.M.
Registration is open to all families with children currently enrolled at King’s Kids beginning Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. This also includes enrollment for siblings of children already enrolled. ALL REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS and we highly encourage you to register early! Registration will open to all interested OSLC families, and those on our wait-list as of Wednesday afternoon, January 13, 2010. Beginning Thursday, January 14, 2010, registration will be open to the community at large for any available openings.
If your child is not currently enrolled at King’s Kids and you are interested in registering your child, please call the preschool office at 503-635-4563 ext.2259 for information and application forms.
WHERE DO I GO TO REGISTER? DOWNSTAIRS, IN ROOM 114 AT OSLC
In-house registration will be open on a first-come, first-served basis. We will not take any registrations before January 12, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. Our classes fill quickly, so please plan accordingly for the registration process. All classes have maximum enrollment limitations, and we do not want anyone to be disappointed! Application forms must be submitted IN PERSON at the registration table.
Applications from new families will be received on a first-come-first served basis beginning Wednesday, January 14, 2010.
WHAT WILL I NEED IN ORDER TO REGISTER MY CHILD FOR NEXT YEAR?
You will simply need a completed Application for Enrollment form and a check for the appropriate registration fee to register your child/children for the 2010-2011 preschool year. Discounts are not given on registration fees, and all registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
A 5% tuition discount will be given for the second or more siblings in the same family. Discounts will be applied to the lesser tuition. A 5% discount will be given for tuitions paid in full by September 1, 2010.
NOW THAT I HAVE REGISTERED MY CHILD, WHAT’S NEXT?
You will receive a packet of forms to be filled out and, if you are new to King’s Kids, a Parent Handbook to read and then return the corresponding Parent Handbook Agreement form. All families will also receive a Tuition Agreement to be signed and returned. All forms will need to be completed and on file before your child can enter the classroom in September. Your first tuition payment will be due September 1, 2010.
