Minimize  Celebrating 60 Years of History
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church has an amazing story! It begins sixty years ago, with a small group of families, committed to establishing a Lutheran congregation in Lake Oswego. Today, sixty years later, Our Savior’s has grown to become a full-fledged Lutheran church, serving not only our own members, but the surrounding communities, and even places as far away as our Sister Church in Haiti. And despite the passage of time -- including changes in location, pastors, and programs -- our focus remains the same: We are called to communicate God’s love by sharing the Gospel as we put His love into action.

"For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope." Romans 15:4

From its inception, Our Savior’s Lutheran Church (OSLC) has been a congregation that has enthusiastically served God. Carrying an original energy for service forward, since shortly after World War II, a succession of like-minded, motivated believers, with hearts for ministry, have continuously worked with professional staff in the vineyards of Lake Oswego, Oregon. The fruits of their labors have been significant. In 1998, the congregation’s Fiftieth Anniversary, a new facility was inaugurated. Even now, there are visions for expanding our current site.
